In my 20 years (1998 – 2018) as Managing Director of Spice West Midlands, I gained a lot of experience of leading, managing and guiding groups in many parts of the world.

This has included groups of skiers, scuba divers and walkers as well as the generally curious and socially minded holiday makers!

With Spice, I was fortunate to visit almost all corners of the world with groups.

Although I would not claim expert knowledge in any sphere, I am confident in introducing groups to the wonders of certain cities that I have got to know well. In particular, I am confident in my knowledge of Istanbul, Venice, Florence and Reykjavik.

Where I do not have knowledge myself, I can draw upon a wide range of specialists who I enjoy working with.

I particularly enjoy taking groups to the battlefields of the Great War and WWII and would like to develop my skills in this sphere.
